Emma has over 7 years’ experience in the consulting industry, supporting and delivering projects across climate change, sustainability, and structural engineering services.

Emma has experience working with clients to develop sustainability targets that align with overall company values and strategy. With a passion for climate resilience and decarbonisation, she has helped future proof projects by challenging design criteria and educating project teams on future trends.

Her work has spanned various building and infrastructure projects. This includes working with multidisciplinary project teams, both internal and external, to ensure sustainability initiatives are integrated throughout the project’s design to meet the overall sustainability targets.

Building on her engineering background, Emma has developed a specialty in technical analysis of embodied carbon and material related emissions with a focus on life cycle assessments and modelling, and establishing initiatives that drive down whole of life carbon in the built environment.

Emma has extensive experience driving project sustainability targets, pathways and managing submissions to achieve formal sustainability certifications including Green Star Buildings, Green Star Performance, WELL, Infrastructure Sustainability and Fitwel.
