Tania Macdonald

As a Senior Advisor in Consentium’s Sustainability Advisory, Tania draws on a diverse background spanning sustainability, complex systems change, engagement, stakeholder research and analysis, capacity building, behaviour change, and communications. She brings over 20 years of experience across sectors including mining and energy, resource renewal, environment, state and local government, research, and community services.

With multi-disciplinary post graduate qualifications including environmental management and sustainability, and communications, Tania specialises in the human-environment interface. She has also completed the Professional Certificate in ESG and Social Responsibility with AusIMM.

Tania supports clients with complex, sustainability focused projects, providing ESG support, strategic advice, research and analysis, and risk communication and engagement services. ESG support includes Equator Principles assessments, materiality assessments, and sustainability strategies. She also provides corporate communication and risk engagement support. Examples have included ASX listed clients in the minerals, energy and recycling sectors, as well as infrastructure.
